Choose a volume
Once you have chosen a particular volume, the right bar will populate with volume info.
Snaphot the volume
Click 
on the right bar. This will bring up the snapshot dialog.

Cloudsnap shot
When you want to snapshot to a cloud select cloud and a credential.
